Policies
We work with one person in your group (the organizer) to secure reservations, collect payments, and communicate to make the rental date(s) fun and memorable. This person is responsible for the group as a whole in terms of our policies and procedures.
To secure a reservation, please contact us and let us know your preferred date. We will make a note of it and save the date for one week. To fully secure the date, we need a deposit equaling 50% of the total rental price. A valid credit card # is also required to hold your reservation. Your final payment (less the deposit) is due 30 days prior to your stay. Payments can be mailed to us at Jodi Bondy, 8261 Hughes Rd, North Salem, IN 46165 or call to give us CC info over the phone.
Should you need to cancel: If your group cancels more than 30 days in advance your deposit will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. If we are able to rent the facility for the time you were planning to be there, we will then refund your $30 cancellation fee as well. Should you cancel less than 30 days from the rental date, your deposit will transfer to another date, not more than 6 months from the original date (based on availability). If individuals from your group cancel within the last 30 days, they will be charged $30.
There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
Smoking: No smoking in the house, you may smoke outside on the public sidewalk and dispose of butts safely.
Pets: No pets on the property.
Emergencies: Call 911 as soon as possible. Address is 201 N. Franklin St, Ladoga, IN 47954. After calling 911, please report the emergency to Jodi Bondy immediately at 317-989-2813 (cell).
Parking: All vehicles need to be parked in designated areas explained to organizer.
WiFi: Free internet access - username and password are on the router.
Bedtime: Please have the last person who goes to bed make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Also, be sure to turn off all lights (except kitchen sink) and TV/radio when you go to bed. There are night lights in both bathrooms.
Heat/Air: We ask that you set the thermostat back to the original temperature when you leave.
Cleanup:
Cropping Weekends: If you are joining us for a cropping weekend and would like us to provide tools or shopping hours during your stay, please discuss this with us at the time of check in and we will try to accommodate your request.
Follow up Visits: All groups will have up to 2 weeks to reschedule the same weekend for the following year before the space is opened to other groups.
Lost and Found: The Magnolia of Montgomery County is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. If something is left behind by accident, please notify us immediately by phone 317-989-2813 or email [email protected] and we will look for it.
Due to the age of the house and keeping with the vintage atmosphere, the house is not truly handicap accessible.

- You are responsible for washing your own dishes either in the sink or dishwasher. There is soap for both under the sink. Please run the dishwasher before you leave.
- Do NOT strip beds when you leave. Place the towels used in the receptacle in the bathroom and we will take care of collecting laundry when cleaning is done.
- Please return all furniture and equipment as close to its original position before vacating building.
- We understand that accidents happen. If something gets broken, please call us at 317-989-2813 or leave a note so the item may be fixed or replaced for our next guests. If there is a plumbing, heating or air conditioning issue, please contact us immediately.
- Renters will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property, the house or its contents. Please treat this house better than you would your own. In the event of property damage, a detailed list and invoice for the repairs will be sent to the renter, payable upon receipt.
